04Retention periods

Personal data will be kept for the following periods:

  • Contact and communication data: for the time necessary to manage the enquiry, any resulting professional relationship and the applicable limitation periods for possible legal liabilities.
  • Data used for sending informational communications: until the user requests erasure, withdraws consent or objects to processing. Periodic reviews will be carried out to delete records that have been inactive for a prolonged period.
  • Browsing and analytics data: for the periods configured in the analytics tools used, which must be reasonable and proportionate, as described in the Cookie policy.

05Data recipients and international transfers

As a general rule, personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or when necessary to provide the requested service.
